Squirrel and Oak: A Story of Hope

Squirrel and Oak was written and illustrated by Megan to assist young people and their caregivers in having a conversation about loss. Megan's own journey began when her mother and brother passed away at age nineteen and she has been processing and studying the difficult subject of death ever since. A most beautiful book in words and images, Squirrel and Oak has been used across the country by professionals to assist any and all in the bereavement process.
